QUISQUEYA SAVINGS, CREDIT AND MULTIPLE SERVICES COOPERATIVE ("COOPQUISQUEYA")

1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing and using COOPQUISQUEYA's services, the user agrees to these Terms and Conditions, which govern the use of our products and services. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using our services.

2. Definitions

User/Partner: A natural or legal person who uses the products and services of COOPQUISQUEYA.

Services: All savings products, credit services, financial advisory services, and any other product or service offered by COOPQUISQUEYA.

3. Use of the Services

The use of COOPQUISQUEYA's services is exclusively for members who meet the membership requirements. Users agree to use the services legally and responsibly, in compliance with all applicable laws and COOPQUISQUEYA regulations.

• Keep login credentials confidential and report any unauthorized use immediately.

COOPQUISQUEYA guarantees the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Personal data will be used exclusively for the provision of services and under the agreed terms.

7. Security and Limitation of Liability

COOPQUISQUEYA implements security measures to protect the information and funds of its members. However, it shall not be responsible for damages or losses resulting from:

• User errors, including the disclosure of credentials to third parties.

• Failures or interruptions in services due to causes beyond COOPQUISQUEYA’s control.

8. Modification of the Terms

COOPQUISQUEYA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any modifications will be communicated to members and published through official channels. Continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and logos of COOPQUISQUEYA are the property of the cooperative and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of these elements is strictly prohibited.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dominican Republic. In the event of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Dominican Republic.
